I mean, I've used A1 for probably over 15 years.
So from the very beginning, um,
We've been in our house for 22 years.
I've had three times I needed a garage repair.
The first one we replaced a spring.
I felt like it was a phenomenal experience.
It was probably you that came out and did it or who knows.
It was a handsome man.
That's what I know.
But ultimately, you're right.
I mean, we don't know what we don't know as a consumer.
And so I didn't know when the guy came out the last time that the reason why my garage door wasn't working was because it was on the last thread of its, I forget what it's called, but the last thread and the springs were broken and the rods were bad, the cables, my bottom rubbers were bad.
And so the client needs those options.
That's what I love about what you do, because we do the same thing in advertising.
It's like, I'm going to provide you with options where if someone comes to me selling a product, so if you came and just said, here's what you have to do to fix your garage, they're probably not going to feel very comfortable, especially when you show them the price, right?
But when you come to them with options, you've now given that client an opportunity to choose for themselves what it is that's going to be best for their budget, best for their experience.
And now they walk away, you're not screwing grandma.
You gave grandma exactly what she needed, right?
And we do the same thing in advertising.
