So your learning is accelerated.

Your network is accelerated.

So your network isn't just your network.

It's now the network of the group, if people are willing to share introductions and that kind of thing, you know, both for mentors and other peers.

And then the group, I think, can be really helpful on bad days and everyone's going to have bad days.

And

there's a support element that comes into play that I think is really useful.

And then also, you may be at a shitty company.

Like your dream job may be the one you're in and you might be at a shitty company.

And if you're alone, you have no way of knowing if that's normal or not, like the stuff you're exposed to.

Whereas if you had a group of eight people that were all doing this in different companies, you'd get different perspectives on that.
