And now you're under a

So I think this is the way to start thinking about it and that's what we're trying to do.
So I suppose the way I think about it is you obviously have to have an upfront cost if you're gonna get your EV in the first place, which is why you're gonna need incentives for those.
And likewise on heat pumps you're gonna need incentives for those.
But once you're up and running,
This is when you start to get into the world I'm talking about, where your £3,000 a year bill starts to become a sub £2,000 a year total bill.
It's interesting because you get the upfront network costs, is the part of it that will increase.
But then what that starts to do is enable the bringing down of other parts of it.
So in my head, the networks bit, you're building a bit more into electricity networks, but what you're doing is you're getting a lot for
That you start to get access to that electric vehicles saving that we talked about.
You get access to that heat pump saving.
The more of that network you've got, the more you can unlock of that as you spread the costs across.
And then, of course, those electricity networks are doing something quite interesting as well in that they're starting to lower balancing costs because you're starting to build the grid out and you don't require as much balancing.
And then you're also
starting to lower the wholesale price because you're enabling the more and more renewables on the system, which obviously starts to push gas further and further off the system.
Your whole shape of your bill is changing, but you're getting quite a lot for it.
