So you could – within the first couple of weeks, you had one free visit.
They just had to book in before they were approved.
So anyone could book in and you'd have a booth visit non-contact.
And my partner, my wife, came in and she had my –
one-year-old son, and my newborn son.
I wasn't going to be that fucking dad.
And I remember I just cried the whole half an hour, just cried, and she cried.
We barely got two words out to each other, really.
And I went back out and took off my monkey suit and got my strip search and that, and the screw was just like, well, fuck, it's a bit different now, isn't it, mate?
You know, because obviously they knew me.
I've been in and out of there for years.
They knew me, you know, because it's a little bit different now, eh?
You know, I'm responsible for those little ones now.
