get that going.

I mean, it just, it just, it really helps to, I think your first pregnancy too, just because the tissue is not obviously conditioned to be stretched to the point of like pushing a baby out.
And so, um, it just really helps get the tissue ready.
So I would recommend doing that, but you don't need someone else to do it.

You could get your husband, Greg, to do it.
I was kind of thinking that that might be like some way, fun way to spice it up in the bedroom.
But yeah, no, that is very beneficial though.
Like to do that.
And then I think I was doing it like every day, just like a quick 15 seconds, just the quick little stretch.
I wouldn't, you don't have to do that.
