So you can't just sort of like jump back into... I didn't lose all my weight and specifically like...
body fat percentage drop until I stopped breastfeeding after a year.
Wow.
And that's normal.
Like your body is naturally going to retain more body fat for the baby.
You need to, because it looks at it almost like a stockpile of like, Hey, if we run out, we'll go to this stored fat.
Yeah.
Right.
So your body's naturally going to store more fat when you're breastfeeding.
And for me, when I was done breastfeeding my second Quinn, that was around 13 months.
Um,
That's when I really started picking up the gym more and like tracking my macros and it all fell off pretty quickly.
But until then, I just gave what I knew my body needed in the baby, but it's hard.
It's easier said than done for sure.
I can only imagine.
