Yeah, and I think that's the best way to teach kids.
I mean, the human body is incredible.
And I think when I run my digestive system factory fun s I mean, I ha have a little poo hat that kids wear at the end.
It's it's a lot of fun.
But I think they're learning
the basic things that a lot of parents don't even consider, like chewing your food, when I say to them, We need to chew our food up to thirty-two times, a lot of the kids are saying, My dad eats his food really quick.
Oh, you know, like kids tell me everything, let's be honest.
Nothing sacred with kids.
And even just like when I'm talking about absorption and we I show them the um small intestine and ask them why is the small intestine so long?
And it kind of hits them like, oh, like these little vacuum cleaners are sucking up all the nutrients.
I'm like, if you're not chewing your food, they're not sucking up anything.
You can't suck up these things.
So chewing is the the main thing.
But it's even going before that.
Like I I say to them when you smell food and you're cooking food, your stomach acid's brewing, your mouth producing saliva, which has things to break food down.
If you just go to the cupboard and you mindlessly put food in, do you think your stomach acid and your digestive enzymes are gonna be ready to break that down?
And they all go, No And I'm like, So what do you need to do?
They're like, We need to use all our senses and touch the food and smell the food and
