Well, this has been a really rich conversation for me, just as a kind of peeking in a little bit on, yeah, because obviously we produce Tools of the Trade, the poems, the anthology for New Doctors and things like that.
But Words for Wellbeing has been a real focus for so many of our projects in that sense that poetry and creativity are just essential parts of human experience and just absolutely essential ways in which we can
process some of the some of the things that we go through as human animals and in groups and in community and i think that was a really important thing that comes out that connection that a group can make between each other and between you and the between the facilitator and individuals but yeah that necessary space that is created by um skillful facilitation um and it's wonderful work thank you for sharing so many of your tips and ideas and experiences and
Yeah, all of that work that you've done.
And Sukhima, yeah, you were hoping that this will feed into training for Lapidus Scotland going forward.
Yeah, a trio.
Trinity.
And then that conversation, the joy of podcasts and recording like this is that the conversation can continue and other people can hear it and respond.
Yeah.
How would, if somebody does it, yeah, here's this podcast and wants to be a part of this kind of conversation, this kind of facilitation, how would they go about joining in?
Well, there's a lot of opportunity.
If people listening to this do feel that this would be something they'd want to develop for themselves and develop these groups and these skills, then yeah, Lapidus Scotland is the place to do that.
But thank you so much for sharing cake and tea and all of your thoughts and your poems.
Your insights, Valerie, it's been really lovely listening to you talk and reminisce, but also it's very contemporary and it's very important.
And yeah, absolutely integral.
That idea of facilitating with integrity, I think, is something I'm going to take away as well.
Thank you so much.
And thank you, Sukima.
Thank you for facilitating the conversation too.
Okay.
