What's there?
that's fantastic but it speaks again to that idea that yeah there's there's poetry there's words there's text but then it just it morphs into something bigger and more yeah all the all of the senses are involved and all of the creativity that can be involved around that as well um and that attentiveness i love that sending people out to go and find another blade of grass that looks the same as this blade of grass just and just the way in which that
focus and attentive attention will is is healing in itself because you're distracted and you have but you have to focus on this this this task at hand yeah yes that's a really good prompt
And with the grasses, did the grass prompt, as in the work that you've, this book that you've, that you've only published, it's published this year, wasn't it?
Okay.
So was it...
your own interest in grasses that prompted it, or was it that you and Rebecca both wanted to follow this path?
Yeah, there's so much insight and wisdom into how groups work there, but also how you opened with making sure that you're...
Yeah, that you're in a safe space and safe place yourself and feeling that you've got the energy and that you're... Because big emotions are going to come up in these places and then in these spaces.
So that's really important as well.
Yeah, and whether you've trained as a poacher beforehand is obviously also important to go off and find the person who's gone into the woods.
I love that story.
I love that story.
Yeah.
Yeah, the health and safety was out the window.
Yes, that was.
And AGMs, yeah, that sounds like a good AGM.
Some AGMs can be quite tedious.
That sounds like a fun one.
Fantastic.
