They there's so many different things that could be happening at the same time.
But first understanding how you are coming across is the most important thing.
So looking at your posture and seeing if you're open or you're sitting there closed.
You know, there's different things if you're if you've got a hand over around your mouth or a finger around your mouth, you're blocking, you're blocking connection if you're doing anything like that.
I I talk a lot about these in my keynotes and stuff.
It's really fun.
But one tool I teach that I think I don't even know where I picked it up over the years, but it was fundamental to me being comfortable with networking.
So let's say you're going into a room of people and you're uncomfortable.
Meeting new people, which is the case after the pandemic.
