And then the the quickest tip is to think of saying the letter E.

So think of saying the letter E and what happens is yeah, you're doing it.

Your mouth opens up a bit.

And you all of a sudden become more approachable and friendly.

And this is what happens when you walk into a room thinking E instead of like, oh my gosh, people are gonna judge me, this and that.

Then you're focused on being more approachable and friendly and people feel like you're trustworthy and they'll come up to you.

Also makes you look a little bit more confident.

Now don't have a crazy E like an you know, like a clown.
