Because we know the industry is changing with regards to patient flow, whether that be new patient flows, existing patients, keeping retention, the competition has increased.

With regards to our doctors, we are multi-specialty.
And when we first came in and I started having the conversations, I wasn't sure, honestly, the level of support and engagement that I was going to get because typically a lot of the DSOs are higher GP, let's just say 70% GP, 30% specialty if they have that.
And that tends to be, I think, a little bit easier by a lab perspective, right?
Because there's a lot more opportunity there.
But when you're looking at ortho, there's probably not a whole lot of lab to be done.
When you're looking at pedo, right, if you're looking at endo, there's probably not a lot of lab work.
So I wasn't sure where we were going to fall on the priority and the attention.
And it's been such a
pleasant surprise because that the, the initial conversations were, well, why don't we do this for your specialty group?
How can we help with internal referrals?
How can we help with, um, external referrals?
How can we help with additional engagement?
How do we help with the networking is, um, Brittany mentioned that she supported that networking event to help that internally.
