And now that we have the relationships built, okay, so now how do we do the training?
We just integrated, um,
some scanners into a location and they came in and they sat knee to knee with the doctors and walk them through it, but continued follow-up to see what that looks like.
Then of course we have the reporting.
So education is huge and that partnership.
And I know we are saying that word a lot because I don't have the time to completely just focus on it.
And I think a lot of DSOs are in that same piece.
We're looking to the experts that can, um,
go in, partner with the doctors independently because the docs and the office managers and the dental assistants and the hygienists, frankly, need all of that and then be able to report back to operations.
But here's what we've seen.
Here's what we recommend as the next step.
So it really is not just a lab partner.
It's almost more of like a business partner to help us succeed in multiple factions.
Yeah, it is, especially with the new associates that are joining the team, right?
So you've got the younger doctors that are joining, and I believe that's the way they're being taught.
So when they're walking in, I think some of the interviewing questions certainly is what technology do you have available?

more affiliation versus de novo based, depending on what we're partnering with.
Sometimes the more senior doctors, that is a bit of more of a transition, right?
Because they're used to type of the analog type of impressions.
