And so on that slide, once again, is window replacement considered a small OMRI model?

And is that an over-the-counter permit today?

Okay, because I had a resident that told me that they applied for a window replacement and the permit feedback said their fence was 12 feet.

And I don't know what's the correlation between window replacement and fence height.

And he thinks his fence is not 12 feet, so I can understand 7 feet being 8 feet, but I don't know how a fence goes from 7 to 12 feet in the resident's view versus the reviewer's view.

So if it is just a window replacement, not additional work as a part of that, but just the window replacement, so planning would still be looking at?

So you'd be looking at all aspects of the home besides the window replacement?

And is this something that is seen as an area of simplification?

Because the resident is now terrified to replace his windows.

He's like, first of all, I don't have a 12 foot fence.

I have a seven foot fence.

Secondly, this is a neighbor installed fence that has existed forever.

So just throwing out an anecdote, but the meta point being, I guess, he's now concerned about ever being able to replace windows, I guess.

Yeah, I think the question is at what point are these sort of focused on the item being applied for?

For example, if they applied for an HVAC replacement, would that end up in an inspection of all aspects of this property for other violations potentially or...

And so on this point particularly, is the window replacement or HVAC replacement over-the-counter permits today?
