Are there any metrics around if you did the first round of review comments, but then it came back for review again, are the subsequent set of review comments a follow-up on comments already given or are we going into a new cycle of review comments where you go from here's the first round, and the second round is a totally new set, and the third round is a different set, or are there incidents where that has happened?

Sometimes the feedback we get from residents varies widely based on who they're working with.

What could we learn from a very positive experience versus something that could be better?

I believe one of the concerns I heard from residents was that the survey includes the permit number, which makes the survey non-anonymous.

And so it would be good if the survey can be fixed and not require that, and that way people feel comfortable leaving feedback.

I've heard anecdotally that the turnaround time from planning is significantly longer than building, and perhaps understandably so.

They're dealing with commercial projects and larger project, different scope.

Not a like for like comparison, but...

Is there a way to look at this to see how you might eliminate planning review for a certain category of permits where it may be feasible?

Maybe looking at competitively how are other cities doing this?

And I guess the one approach to simplification is how do you make things faster?

The other approach is how do you eliminate friction and reduce steps and reduce load on staff as well?
