A member of the public said for over twenty five years there's been no vacations other than Prunge Avenue.
And yet, out of the five commissioners and the chair running the meeting, I was the only Commissioner asking asking questions, and eventually the Commission called the vote.
And the only reason we were s able to save that is it needed a supermajority.
The city moved to a single party negotiation before notifying HCD's interest list.
There is no way the city could have assumed that this project was a rotary project, that it could be negotiating with charities, or that this was I D D project.

I HAVE MET WITH THE APPLICANT AND HAD A CALL WITH THEM AS WELL, AND I ALSO HEARD FROM THE PARTY THAT RODE IN, WHICH IS THE RETAIL NEIGHBOR OF THE APPLICANT.
I HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO ANY RESIDENTS AROUND THE AREA.
I did not see staff call out the letter from the neighboring retail tenant.
