I started to notice like, okay, the food noise is like starting to go away and you know, I'm, I'm not snacking as much, but you know, there wasn't any real change in, there wasn't any change in weight.
And so, you know, then I think, you know, we upped the dose and you know, once you start upping that dose, like, yeah, you really start to notice it.

And six weeks in, I started to see some of the weight start to come off.
Nothing drastic, nothing crazy.
And like I was exercising also, you know, but no cardio because I quit doing cardio a long time ago.
Just weights.

Only weightlifting and nothing crazy.
Like, I mean, three times a week weights and, you know, eating like a...
eating pretty clean.
Yeah, so I initially I didn't feel like I lost any muscle mass.
But so this was in Yeah, so let's just, I started on the GLP one in January, February of 2024.

And yeah, so I felt like after I'd been on it for a while, then I felt like after I'd lost a bunch of weight, I felt like I did start to see that I lost some muscle mass.
Yeah, so I definitely know.
