I think I like I mean, I did slack off here and there on going to the gym, like life gets busy, whatever.
And I become like a little less consistent.
But I mean, that would probably mean I was like going to the gym like once a week instead of like.
three times a week.
And yeah, I mean, I felt like, so I felt like I did get less meticulous about my food in that, like, yes, I'm eating less, but maybe I'm not prioritizing like protein as much.
I just, I got like a little less like thoughtful about that.
And maybe that had an effect as far as like, you know, the amount of muscle mass I was like, I felt like I lost a little bit.
But now, you know, that was like a little while ago.
And now I feel like I have it back.
You know, I feel like my body is.
Yeah.
So initially none.
Yeah.
Like none.
I was, I was very fortunate.
No nausea, no nothing.
It was after I'd lost almost all the weight that I wanted to lose and I was still taking a higher dose.
I started to have some abdominal cramping.
And I went to my doctor, not my, not the person prescribing me the drug.
I was still seeing like my provider also, even though he wasn't giving, providing the prescription, he wanted to continue to check in with me.
