After my workouts.
And because I was like, OK, I'm still going to the gym.
I'm doing my like regimen.
And I'm like and I lift.
I lift heavy.
And then I was like, I'm just going to like try this because my husband's been working out and he doesn't like powders or anything.
So we got like these little like creatine gummies and he pops those after he works out.
And I was like, you know what, I'm going to try these.
