And so I started taking them.
And I mean, I've taken every supplement under the freaking sun for everything, protein power, everything.
And a lot of times I'm like, I don't know if this shit is working.
but I swear to God, like this creatine, I feel like, I'm like, oh shit.
Like, I feel like I can see some muscle coming back.
And also I feel like I'm not increasing my weight at the gym yet, but like, I'm like, oh, I'm getting through my reps a lot better.
I'm not as fatigued.
Yeah.
So yeah, just a little microdose every week.
And you know, sometimes if I feel like my food noise is getting a little bit worse, I might bump it up a little bit.
Or sometimes I feel like if my, because you can tell like as the drug wears off during the week,
you definitely experience, you know, like maybe like your appetite comes back a little, like a little bit more of a voracious appetite or the food noise comes back.
So you can feel that drug tapering off.
And so sometimes it takes a little longer for that to taper off.
So I might go nine days, 10 days, and then do a little microdose.
Or if I feel like my food noise is worth, I might, you know, after seven days, give myself just like a little bit of a bump, you know, a little bit higher.
than like a little bit bigger microdose.
So I am very in tune with my body and how my body's feeling and listening to my body.
I feel like I've been good at that for a long, long time.
So I feel like I can really be like, okay, I know that I need like a little bit more or I can go like a couple more days.
