So, yeah, I mean, that was that was my youth.
And, you know, then I started running and, you know, the running.
I mean, I didn't feel like it necessarily, you know, changed.
You know, I didn't like lose a lot of weight.
You know, I was constantly like calorie counting and things like that.
And in my twenties, I discovered that, you know, I had high cholesterol.
And, you know, some of that, they told me at the time, like, oh, this is probably also genetic.
Like, you know, my dad's side of the family, they all have high cholesterol.
Yeah, for sure.
Yeah.
And so, you know, they didn't, no one seemed super concerned.
You know, it wasn't like super high or anything.
But that was something that I was tracking, you know, ever since in my 20s.
And as I got older, it did start to creep up and creep up and creep up.
And
You know, that was definitely one of the reasons why, fast forward way down the line, that was definitely a catalyst for me deciding to use a GLP-1.
But yeah, I mean, in between then, my weight went up and down.
Like I said, I was never like obese, you know, very large, but I was definitely a little heavier, a little thicker.
You know, when I was pregnant, I, you know...
