I find it hard to tolerate distance and disapproval.
Then we've got the avoidant attachment style, which is more so, yeah, people who seem a little bit like a bit more guarded, kind of takes a while to let you in.
Usually they might in an argument just want to go away and not talk or they shut down.
They don't want to talk things through now.
They really need their space.
If you kind of get too needy, they really sort of back off.
yeah so they just it's interesting because people with avoidant attachment style very much want the connection but they fear the connection so where anxious attachment style is where I fear abandonment and the avoidant is where I fear being consumed by and like taken over by someone else's needs so I still want the connection but I'm scared you're gonna kind of take over me if I give it to you yeah
Um, then there's the insecure attachment style and a lot of people worry about being this one.
I feel like if you are this one, you might know.
So it's probably quite clear.
Generally, an insecure attachment style sadly comes from quite a history of trauma and particularly in early childhood.
But people who they struggle to make healthy connections, they probably don't have many long-lasting even friendships.
So they're kind of short friendships, short relationships.
It can be very hard for them to –
be able to maintain that consistency and stability.
So they're people who they oscillate between the anxious and avoidant, but they do it sort of so frequently that it's hard for anyone to kind of keep up.

Yeah.
And, you know, I think it's that that breadcrumbing where it's like, oh, I get.
Yeah.
