So the things that I'm seeing or hearing that are making me worry and why it's making me worry.

Because I think when people come in too strong and it's like, you know, out of a good place, it's, it doesn't sort of, it leaves them more feeling judged.
Yeah.
So it's interesting that there's this almost like a self-blame that comes with that.
And I'm not sure if that's whether people are feeling shame that they didn't realize something was a situationship or if it's more shame that they didn't
I guess, stand for themselves, like that they let their needs go by the wayside and that they prioritize somebody else.
And then there's this kind of realization of like, oh, that person didn't really have my back.
And why was I so, you know, good to them?
So I think there's a couple of things here.
It's like the first one is the one where it's like, I feel a bit bamboozled.
Like I thought this was a thing and obviously it wasn't.
Part of that is, I mean, that's life in terms of we will always be wanting to see the things that we want to see.
And sometimes we're not ready to see the things that we don't, but it's also a learning experience.
You know, I would be looking at, okay, what was I, what did I miss?
What were the things?
So rather than looking at it with shame, it's like, okay, let's get curious.
I think curiosity is such a great tool to use in so many different ways, but
