I think you're not just adopting you're not choosing a piece of software like a PSA just to put in a new piece of software.
You're putting it in to change how you operate as a business.
And yes, that comes with a you know, we have customers and yes, you can implement the product, you know, quickly and efficiently.
I think n implementing the product is one thing.
Any PSA technology, it's actually how you're driving the change and your operating model
you know, aligned to that.
I'm seeing a lot of firms going back to, you know, the change of pricing.
I mean, you know, there's still firms that are doing T and M, but I think we're diff definitely seeing a shift to more fixed fee delivery more than ever.
I mean, the aim, the ultimate goal for all of us is outcome value-based pricing.
But we've talked about that for years.
And I'm seeing some firms start to do that, but I would say not, you know, most firms are still in this actually, I need to be able to confidently fix price something and deliver a fixed
scope quickly and efficiently to our customers.
Well, how do I do that if I don't actually have visibility and insight into actually what it is taking us to deliver this and how we're getting more efficient and making sure that we scope that correctly in the first place.
That whole idea of like continuously learning, I think, is becoming more important.
But I think maybe back to your question, I think you've got to go into this thinking how are we changing as a business?
All the way through how we package and sell and how
we deliver the roles we're going to need in our business going forwards and really driving that change around it.
That's what delivers success, not just putting in a tool.
I don't think it's necessarily unexpected.
I think we're predicting some of this.
