I want them managing the relationships with the customers.
So I think for
For me it's about they're coming to us because they recognise they need to change the way they operate as a business.
They can't continue to operate efficiently at scale and grow without that, you know, visibility and predictability they need in their business.
And then, you know, how do I drive that automation as well?
I think visibility of where my business is going and what trends I'm seeing and visibility into so many organizations that still don't have visibility in terms of how's the pipeline changing and more companies are coming saying, I need to be to better predict what m skills I'm gonna need in my business over the next six to twelve months.
I think skills and talent is really evolving quicker than ever.
Again I did a go back to leaders in consulting but I we did a presentation
A while ago at an event with Wes Monroe, one of our customers, talking about the half-life of skills, like you know, how important skills planning is becoming because skills are evolving more rapidly than ever.
So how do I predict that?
How do I get insight to that?
How am I really forecasting, embedding confidence in my business?
And I think it's also about predictability.
We talk a lot about Cantasha about the website, I think it's all about predictability.
Because I think that's more important than ever.
Like how do I, you know, really get that visibility and predictability?
Just 'cause I'm going faster as a business and I can go faster with AI and stuff, speed is one thing, but predictability is really important.
How am I predicting, you know, where my business is gonna go, my revenue, my margin, et cetera, I think is, you know, more important than ever.
I think you have to be as prepared to change.
I mean, that's really what it comes to on.
