Um APS said revise 208D to allow the applicant a reasonable period to complete additional public notice, either as determined at the procedural conference after consultation with the applicant or by establishing a minimum of 10 business days.

Uh TEP supported SRP's comment that the definition of additional public notice and the related notice provisions in 208 should require the presiding officer to set a notice deadline that gives the applicant a meaningful opportunity to plan for and execute the required notice.
