My question would be how frequently you anticipate after having done your procedural order that says this is the additional public notice that I'm requiring.
And that's that's setting the hearing.
So that's early on, that's ten days after the application, right?
Um how likely is it really that you're going to look at that public notice that was done and say that was inadequate and now you need to do more?
Uh in the rule though you have to provide that information in
the procedural order that schedules the hearing.

Well, it solves the problem for the initial additional public notice requirements, but what she's talking about is the later when you look at it and you say, Hey, I don't like what you did, you didn't do enough.
But the role uh Oh sorry, I was gonna say the procedural order
includes all the requirements for the additional public notice.
So the first concern I heard is that they may not comply with the procedural order.
Okay.
But then the other concern I heard was about mail not reaching them, which is a separate thing that doesn't it doesn't specifically address this.
