So those kind of things to look at.
Milk is great because you're going to get lovely calcium and things like that with it.
It's quite hydrating and easier sometimes for younger kids if you're trying to get them to get drinks in hot weather.
So there's different ways of doing it.
It is.
And that's the thing, like if you squeeze an orange, you get juice out of it.
So if you eat the orange, you're going to get that liquid.
And it's the same if you have a kid who eats strawberries or berries for you, that's brilliant.
But yeah, the ice pops are great.
You know, even if you just freeze down, you know, kind of.
Even some of the orange squash into it.
I've seen people kind of, you know, half orange juice, half water and just freezing that.
My teenagers, it's definitely not going to work at the moment.
But sometimes, you know, on a hot day, they're running around and it's actually, they're just enjoying something cold.
But even like the orange juice into it.
So even the odd ice pop, do you know what I mean?
It's one of those things.
If you have a child who's happily drinking the water, happily drinking the milk, brilliant.
If you're a child and you really need to get fluid into them and nothing else is working, give them an ice pot.
