It's like in order to get to where you're meant to go, you have to show up authentically.
You can't show up as a version of yourself that's not true.
You can't pretend.
And even though you might lose people along the way,
even though it's going to be hard, even though it takes practice and it's scary to go against what you've always done, that's the only way you're going to get to live out your truth.

I definitely, you know, I've learned so much about myself in this last little over a year now of being really single and what it means to sit with myself.
