Just going back to the coaching thing for a second, is that unfair to the players as far as like the development aspect of it all too?

Or is it just kind of an understanding of the business of like, yeah, this happens?

Or if he stays on and is that unfair to the players for their own personal development?

Part of the rebuild process is you need some lottery luck.

Had you ever seen one of your own scouting reports, either the pre-draft process or pro scouting report?

Is that where like that that separating factor of if you're a first rounder, you kind of just feel like, well, it all comes so easy for me.

And then if you're the fourth, seventh rounders or to what you're talking about, like those those scrappy veterans who are doing it for their livelihood and maybe those first rounders just like don't mentally connect to that process.

Yeah.

That would be pretty cool as a player if you got your own scouting report.

I would frame it and be like, this guy didn't think this, this guy didn't think that.

I'm putting that on the last thing I see as I walk out the room.
