So let's talk about private member clubs.
Demand for private clubs is rising.
About sixty percent of clubs say they grew membership in twenty twenty two to twenty twenty three.
The private club market hit thirty two billion in twenty twenty four and is on track to reach fifty nine billion by twenty thirty three, roughly seven percent annual growth outpacing most of the hospitality industry.
So um I'm a member of a lot of private clubs.
And I would argue that the value proposition is mostly knowing if you're lazy or not lazy, but you wanna know somewhere you're gonna go with a certain vibe.
You don't wanna worry about reservations.
It's curated the economic model creates uh
capital such they can invest in an infrastructure
Um and quite frankly you curate the people that you want to be around.
