I'm excited about our guest today because he's someone I've known for quite some time.
His name is Ted French.
Ted has been in the recruiting industry for decades.
He even built and later sold a successful healthcare recruiting and staffing company.
That's where I first got to know him, where he would hire me to train his people years and years and years ago.
He reached out to me recently and said, I want to do something different.
And he joined the attorney search group heading up our new division, ASG Legal Search.
He's the president and co-founder of that entity where he works with large global law firms and even smaller regional firms, helping them to recruit non-attorney talent.
He recruits chief marketing officers, chief financial officers, people like that.
