Because the scarecrow is trying to keep the crows away.

And the devil does that.

What the devil does, he goes into dark areas and he tries to steal crows.

God's treasures.

And he tries to stop the Christians from coming close and he keeps them away through fear.

But really that's the Lord's precious ones.

Often they're hidden in the darkness and it's going to take somebody to go on and to rescue them and bring them back.

Yeah, I mean, I got mixed up in, from a young age, I got mixed up in drugs and alcohol in a bad way.

I mean, I was kind of, I guess I was about 15 at the time and I started dabbling.

I mean, alcohol was always in my family.

I lost my cousin, age 33.

I watched him die of alcoholism in a hospital.

That's young.

Yeah, very young, yeah, yeah.

And, you know, it's in the family, right?

My granddad was a bare-knuckle boxer, so, you know...
