They dismissed the indictment in that Florida district down where Donald Trump was indicted for having classified documents in the bathroom or Mar-a-Lago or wherever the heck he was keeping it.

The case was dismissed without prejudice, according to Harmeet Dhillon and according to the ruling, which means it can be refiled.
Now, there's been the debate, you know, the statute of limitations, where are they going to go with all of this?
Are they going to be able to bring the case against Comey if the statute of limitations is up?
There's a case that you may not be able to do it.
but uh refiling under 18 u.s code section 3288 which is the saving statute there is a federal law that allows a new indictment after a previous one is dismissed even if the statute of limitations period has expired if done within certain time windows so after a dismissal post limitations a new indictment must be returned within six months so they've got six months now to get a prosecutor lawfully appointed and this is why
