Again, same rationale that allowed the Jack Smith indictment down in Florida to get tossed.
He was not confirmed by the Senate as a prosecutor to go after Donald Trump.
He was listed as a special prosecutor, brought in that way.
Eileen Cannon said unlawfully appointed.
He's out.
So you need to get these people confirmed.
We ran into this problem when Ed Martin was running.
He's now the pardon attorney.
He's doing a phenomenal job in his position, by the way.
