So I kind of sheepishly went in.
Mr. Krauthammel, I'm Sean McDonough.
I'm an intern with the football office.

And while I was sitting there, he called three maybe athletic directors in the eye.
But he said, hey, we got this young guy here.
You know, he's got a lot of experience.
He knows football.
His dad is a legendary football person.
So wound up getting the job.
And then I tell kids all the time who are starting out, you know, college age students, whatever.
Like the hardest part is the first opportunity because, you know, I started out on the Ivy League and then they decided they needed to change the play-by-play person.
So they said, okay, we'll give it to you.
And then the games moved from PBS to ESPN.
So now all of a sudden I'm sideline reporter on PBS to play-by-play person on ESPN.
So a lot of it's luck and a lot of it really is one thing leads to another.
