Just don't say it's racial.
And if we can't find a smoking gun, if we literally can't find an email that says get all the black people, then you can do whatever you want.
And I mean, think about the craziness of it all, because in a real sense, there's a way in which it's not about race anymore.
It's about power.
It's about partisan advantage.
And people are more than willing to use race or anything else if it gives them that advantage.
But juxtapose that now to the TPS decision where they basically turn that logic on its head.

Some dude, and by that I mean the occupant of the Oval Office, saying the most vile, racist things you could have imagined coming out of the mouth of anyone, let alone a president of the United States.
calling the Haitians, saying that they're eating your dogs, eating your cats, saying, calling it an asshole country, saying that they're bringing AIDS, they're poisoning the blood, all of the most racist and vile things.
And the same Supreme Court that said, well, if you can't find the smoking gun with people saying racist things on the gerrymandering, they look at this awful language in a TPS decision and they say, oh, never mind.
I don't know.
I think anybody who's paying attention can see what he's doing.
You can hear what he's saying.
I think what is killing us is that we have a bunch of enablers in Congress who are lining up, acting as if this stuff is normal, who sort of shirk and find reasons.
Everybody's got a different reason for why they're going along with this.
And then all of a sudden, you know, sometimes when they're in a pinch, when they're on their way out the door or have been kicked out of the door by Donald Trump, they all of a sudden grow a spine.
And start saying things that we needed them to say a long time ago.
I've got, you know, colleagues, I'm trying to be nice here, but I've got colleagues in the Senate who, even after bending the knee or just trying to go along, have found themselves kicked by Donald Trump.
