No, well, I mean, it's... Well, she's... Look, I mean, she's been two years in that job and...

And look, I think, you know, I mean, things are going well.

It's been a tough haul.

You know, the party's kind of had the beating from all angles.

But, you know, it's done a good job.

It's just that I think the continuity now requires someone who's... And I should say, by the way, that the usual custom is not to, you know, talk about things in the public when you're running for...

There used to be a closed house.

I'll put this in very general terms, but I just want to see the party continue to modernise, really.

There are so many things that are still being done that are just not... And it's because there were so many things to fix that are just not fit for purpose anymore.

And...

um you know the i mean we spend so much time internally on our own agms and our voting systems things are going to bore people to death so i won't bother with them but there's a lot to be done that work's got to continue and i think i i think it'd be helpful to have someone um take that role by the way it's the labor of love there's no it's not a paid role um it's the sort of role that usually parliamentarians don't want because you know often it's a stepping stone to get to parliament rather than a um

it's taken that way anyway, rather than something you do afterwards.

But I just, I think in order to be, continue to be competitive, we've got to straighten up and modernize a bit.

And there's a bit of work to be done there.

So I think I can do that.

You need to get back what made the party so good in the first place.

That's right.

And we have done that over the last five years.
