I think a lot of it comes down to different cops that they don't know exactly what they're dealing with here.
They don't know the depth and scope of what's going on.
And they just think it's some kids doing things on the Internet.
And I think sometimes that's exactly what happens is the victim gets blamed.
And I could see how that would be very frustrating to them.
It's like they tell you the first time and you violate it and you come back again.
It's like, okay, you're going to have to super, super promise us this time you're not going to do it.
There's no punishment for this.
