Task-based test over interview is huge.

We do that in all of our stuff.

Well, I don't even get to an interview at this stage.

This is how we do it when I do this with Ben and our companies.

And part of it is actually useful for you.

So when you sit down, you say, all right, if I was going to give somebody a test that they could do in something like 60 to 90 minutes.

What would most closely simulate the type of stuff I want to see them be able to do?

So now you get clarity on what am I actually looking for?

Which most people, when they go into interviews, they don't actually even know what they're looking for.
