And without judgment, I want you to write down absolutely everything around money that you hate, that you wish you would have done different, that you feel was a mistake, that you're mad at this person, whatever it is.

I want you to just get it out on paper.

Walk away for 24 hours.

Come back, read it with a fresh brain.

And then the second part of it is I want you to get rid of it.

Burn it, shred it, throw it away.

tear it up.

I don't care what you do, but there's a lot of scientific research behind getting something out on paper, handwriting it down, and then releasing it, right?

It doesn't mean that all of it goes away, but what we're trying to do is kind of flip a switch in your body and brain and say, okay, we don't have to live in that traumatic response place anymore.

We could create a new interaction that comes from a healthier perspective.

That's such a perfect example.

It could be, again, these big things, or it could be these things that somebody else might say, oh, you're fine.

Like, that's not a big deal, right?

But to you, you just felt this, like, terror moment.

And your body, because it's stuck in you, it just keeps reliving that over and over and over again, right?

Until...

I think what's beautiful about your story is you had this moment of recognition where you're like, oh, this is why this is happening.

And that's what I want for people is like to create these pause moments and say, wait a minute, like I could have a different experience, but let me figure out why this one is happening.

That's such an important moment that I think we just tend to kind of gloss over.

But there's a lot that's happening in that moment.
