When it comes to individual people though, one thing that can really help them gain a lot of momentum very quickly in this area is to flip the experiences.
You know what I mean?
Like so what I mean by that is.
Say you've been ghosted.
That's bad.
But you had the opportunity to meet someone good.
If that makes sense.
So we start counting all the all the positive experiences that you had.
Like, oh, you you matched on someone but they didn't talk to you.
That's someone might say that's bad.
Someone else might say
That's good.
You had the opportunity, you actually matched with someone.
It's these little experiences.
that ultimately add into a huge momentum.
Like it's like a snowball.
