And he just gave me confidence.
And I realized that, you know what, if if.
Mel Gibson, if Neil McDowell can go on set and create amazing characters, be part of amazing stories, and they don't have to kiss anybody because they stand on their values, then I think I can do it too.
And so it's just a little different for girls.
And obviously like most of the roles I go out for, I'm the rom-com girl or whatever.
But I think that, you know, if that, again, that door is good for me.
And if that's where the Lord wants me, then I can't wait to be in a position where I can tell beautiful stories and
that are either funny or that maybe that means something great, but I don't have to compromise that and I don't have to compromise.
If it was my daughter?
If it was my daughter, I'd want her to find a spiritually strong man because I think that, you know, I think it's case by case.
Obviously, I think there could be times when, you know, obviously, you meet a man and, you know, he doesn't have a relationship with God and, you know.
through your relationship together, through seeing, you know, your actions and maybe you pouring into him, he could find a relationship with the Lord and that would be beautiful, right?
But I think that optimally, like the optimal situation, if it was my daughter, I'd want her to find someone who was strong in their sense of self.
You know what I mean?
Because if you're strong in your relationship with God, then you're strong in the person that you are, then you have good confidence and then you love yourself.
Therefore, you can love my daughter properly.
So that's what I would want for her.
And I also think that the dynamic between a man and woman can be very difficult when it's a woman telling a man how he should feel and what he should do.
I think pride, you know, might get in the way.
