things are probably going to go really bad and really poorly but they talk about their preparation and knowing that they've done everything they can and so no i'm not comparing you to a navy seal but i'm saying the preparation that goes into these interviews to make sure that you know it's not just by happenstance that these things are happening so i just talk a little bit about that specifically and then i want to talk about just that experience overall

Yes.

And I think the other thing is really knowing what the heck you're going after.

Right.

So if we're going to keep using this example, like they know exactly what the objective and mission is.

Right.

You know what you want clarity.

And remember, we talked about it up front.

It was like we want to be the best show.

Well, what the heck does that mean?

You know, it's about really being specific on the goal.

And so I think a lot of people that, you know, we talk to that are having struggles, issues, whatever it is, like I'm doing all this stuff.

they don't really know what the mission is.

Like they're not super clear on it.

And I think that to me was the biggest turn for you is when you got very, very specific on what winning was because everyone wants to win.

Everyone wants to do the best they can, but it's so, it's just so all over the place.

Like even I think about financials, right?

Like we've talked about, you know, people, I want to make a lot of money.

That is such a subjective thing.

what is a lot of money?
