The thing you love, match it with the thing that you think that you're good at.
And so don't wait for someone to give you the keys to a better life by giving you a job.
And so I think that I don't want to glamorize entrepreneurship.
I've never said it was easy.
I think working for yourself is hard at the beginning does get easier over time.
Working for someone else is easy at the beginning gets harder over time.
Let's face it.
So people get a new boss come in.
Oh, I'm new.
I'm doing things differently.
I don't care that you work till midnight every day for the last three years.
I'm the new boss and I need to see that you're good enough.
Oh, I'll bring my old team in and you're out.
Right.
I know people that worked in companies 10 years like Oracle just laid off 30,000 people.
They built that company.
They're gone.
They're out.
They own nothing.
So to me, it's like, why not give people this one other option, which is entrepreneurship, for want of a better word, a chance to do something you love every day.
