Like AI right now, every entrepreneur is pretty excited about AI.
Everybody working for someone else is pretty scared of AI.
So what side do you want to sit on?
If you own the business, AI is a liberator.
You can grow your company faster, you can do more.
If you're working for someone, you're like, wow, that could replace me.
So I think that's why now, like particularly now, people should follow their dream more than ever because the job isn't safe like we were promised and you don't learn as much because often in companies they pigeonhole you into a particular thing.
You become a specialist at something.
You don't learn broadly.
It's not true.
It is tough.
I actually feel emotional when you talk about this because I meet these people who you just described.
I meet them in the real world right now in the streets.
And there's a lot of desperate people out there that feel totally underconfident.
They went to university.
They did everything they were told to do.
And no one will give them a job.
And they're talented people.
It is so, so sad.
I don't know why, but it made me think of a bit of a name drop story.
