And so I said, they missed an opportunity.
You should always have your hat in your hand if that's what you want to do.
But I'm like, I don't have any money to make the hats.
I'm like, how much money have you actually got?
It's like, I've got 300 quid.
I'm like, how many hats can that buy you?
He's like, probably 40.
I'm like, make 40, sell 40.
Worst is you lose 300 quid, right?
And you've got the whole cycle in your hand then.
You know what marketing worked, what marketing didn't.
You know what people said about the hat afterwards.
You know what I mean?
Like, don't have to make a million and sell a million.
You just need to make what you can afford.
