And so if you go talk to the cops, you could be next.
I don't think it's going to be, I think at this point, it's very concerning.
And I'm curious what the police would think of it.
I think the best analogy is if you've ever watched the first 48, right?
When the cops bring someone in, they never let the suspect know they're a suspect.
They always try to make the suspect think you're just a witness.
You're just coming in here telling us what you think.
My concern is now no one is going to feel like by sitting down and speaking either with the police or with the family's legal team that they're just a witness.
Everyone is going to feel like we are now either going to be a defendant in a civil suit or a defendant in a criminal.
OK, so let me say this first.
If they weren't preserving it for the cops, they sure as hell are not going to start preserving it for Benjamin Crowe, for Miss Christine Worley, for the Wells family.
That's just obvious, right?
But when you say what other avenue would they have, do you mean because the witnesses are not talking to the family or because the witnesses are not talking to the police?
See, that's the distinction.
They're talking to the police.
The police are not telling the family what each individual witness is saying.
But that's normal.
That's my concern.
So on my channel, I haven't jumped into covering this.
The reason is twofold.
