Like I genuinely do not have the money for this.
Then the landlords or whoever owns those houses, they then have to drop the rent back down to meet the market.
And that is when you've hit the peak of what you can charge before customers go, I genuinely cannot buy this.
And so the hope is that we have reached that stage when it comes to.

And what is like still climbing despite all of us being like, please, no more.
Like we cannot do this.
In my opinion, I think beauty, like makeup and wellness products have reached that peak where we're spending.
Seventy dollars on a lip gloss that is out of control.
And as people like, I genuinely cannot afford that.
Companies like MCO Beauty and other Dupe brands have come up and the market has shifted to more dupe products, which to me is saying the market still wants things, but it cannot afford things at that price range.
And so it's just pulling away and finding alternatives.
