And it was like, OK, I'm going to resource myself again.
I'm going to take some control back over giving me that energy and that vitality again.
And what I've been landed with is horrific periods.
I was reading your recent study.
Okay.
So because along with obviously what you do in terms of testing and being able to give women answers, I love the depth with which you want to actually understand the true experiences of women so that that can inform your work and you can
better advocate for us, I suppose, when you are in those rooms.
But I mean, many, many things in this report stood out to me, but I just wanted to read this one section because it stopped me quite soon.
I mean, it's like page three or something of the report, but it stopped me in my tracks because I'm in my DMs this morning, shared last night that I was myself feeling particularly kind of energetically stuck or just rising anxiety, just a constant fatigue, just not
not feeling it.
And my DMs are completely flooded with women who are in the exact same situation.
And then I read this.
Three consecutive years, fatigue, anxiety and low mood have topped our data set.
Not cycle irregularity, not pelvic pain, but the quiet systemic exhaustion of women who have learned to cope because they were never offered an alternative.
Nearly half of the women report five or more symptoms simultaneously.
Around 1 in 8 report 10 or more.
Most worryingly, fewer than 1 in 10 describe themselves as calm and confident.
We have collectively mistaken endurance for wellness and it is costing women their health.
I could cry.
It's everyone.
